The farm-to-table movement is one we’re fully behind. But just getting to the table isn’t enough. It requires a deft hand to take great ingredients and combine them into something that is truly memorable. Mary James, Food Service Director for Rockwood at Whitworth and former Executive Chef at Rockwood South Hill, has built a culinary team dedicated to delivering personal service every day and using the finest ingredients possible. We’re even planning a community garden where residents can participate in growing the very herbs and vegetables featured in our ever-changing menus.
